First Feliz Noche wine club barbecue a great success in Los Olivos

Feliz Noche held its first wine club barbecue August 18 at Oak Savanna Vineyard outside Los Olivos. Members and their friends joined Don Felipe and vineyard owner Tom Dittmer for a fun afternoon of food, wine and music. Female singer/songwriter Sean Wiggins and Mariachi band Alma de Jalisco performed. Invitations have gone out for this year's BBQ, planned for June 8th. Feliz Noche at Santa Barbara Wine Festival again

Feliz Noche will be at this year's Santa Barbara Wine Festival, our fifth appearance at this annual event, on Saturday, June 29th. This popular event is held at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History as a benefit for the museum's educational programs. About sixty wineries will participate, offering a taste of their wines to the visiting public. Feliz Noche wine dinner in Brentwood

Our June 4, 2012 Feliz Noche wine dinner at the Toscana Restaurant in Brentwood was a huge success. We poured five Feliz Noche reds at this event. Many thanks to Mike Gordon and his wonderful staff for a great time! An appearance was made by Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who introduced Don Felipe to undefeated WBC Light Middleweight Champion Saul "El Canelo" Alvarez. Wine Enthusiast Magazine reviews Feliz Noche Syrah, Pinot Noir

Wine Enthusiast Magazine recently published excellent reviews of our 2006 Syrah and our 2007 Pinot Noir. Awarding the Pinot Noir 92 Points, reviewer Steve Heimoff called it "a real beauty that should develop complexity for a decade." Only 50 cases were made, so it isn't expected to last long! A month later, our Syrah earned 91 Points. Heimoff wrote: "What a roll Feliz Noche has been on. They're scoring hit after hit, and this lovely Syrah is right on." Thank you Steve - this is the kind of review we love.

Feliz Noche begins Reds-only Wine Club shipments

December 2008 saw the inaugural shipment of the new Feliz Noche Reds-only wine club. The first packages included the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2005 Syrah.
